Firm expansion sees additional expertise brought to Personal Client Team
11 November 2016
Franklin Law is proud to announce growth in its Personal Client and Estates Team and to introduce newly appointed solicitors Suzie Leuschke and Richard Watling.
Both lawyers bring expertise and commitment to the Personal Client Team, with Suzie specialising in asset and estate planning and elder care matters and Richard focusing on wills, enduring powers of attorney, property relationship agreements and estate administration.
Suzie’s experience includes working for several New Zealand and international commercial law firms and buying and selling her own technology-based business. Her passion, however, she has realised is in applying her legal expertise to help individuals, hence her decision to move back into private client work.
Richard brings experience working with another Auckland law firm on estate matters and property relationships matters. He has a strong sense of the importance of family and community, demonstrated by his involvement in Community Patrol (New Zealand) in Tuakau, where he lives.
Richard and Suzie will assist clients with preparing and updating wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, trust establishment and administration, elder care matters, retirement village occupation licences and property relationship matters. Franklin Law Personal Client and Estate’s Partner Kelly Jones is pleased at the energy and capacity the two newly appointed lawyers bring and looks forward to working with them in assisting clients.
