Franklin Law recognises and appreciates the commitments and achievements of the women on its staff who hold mid to senior level leadership positions.

Kelly Jones is a senior partner in Franklin Law’s Personal Client Team. She has worked with the firm for 11 years and is highly instrumental in its development and success. In addition to her contribution at work, Kelly is also committed to contributing positively to her community and raising a young family.

Pauline Drew is one of Franklin Law’s longest serving legal executives, having been with the firm nearly 15 years. Pauline is integral to the operation of the Personal Property Team which handles sale and purchase, refinance and subdivision transactions. She is actively involved in tennis and a keen supporter of netball in the community.

Suzie Leuschke is a highly dedicated solicitor in the Personal Client Team. She loves her role in this team assisting clients with their wills, enduring powers of attorney, trusts and general asset planning. Suzie is also committed to raising a young family and enjoys supporting them in their community activities.

Having worked in law firms in New Zealand and Australia, Lisa Sheehan is a highly competent senior legal executive. Lisa is the go-to person in Franklin Law’s Commercial Property Team. Outside of work, Lisa is committed to her family and the various extra curricular activities they are all involved in.

An experienced commercial lawyer, Nicola Oldridge relishes her position in the Commercial Team at Franklin Law which she joined in 2017. Nicola lives in Waiuku and can often be found at Franklin Law’s Waiuku offices. Nicola is also a health and fitness enthusiast, regularly participating in work fitness activities, playing social netball and training at the gym.

Franklin Law celebrated with Aleisha Collett in 2017 with her admission to the legal bar and her promotion from an intern within the firm to a fulltime solicitor’s role. Aside from this, Aleisha is a highly accomplished equestrian athlete and is working to one day compete at an Olympic and World Equestrian level.

With experience in administration and in trust account support, Sasha Mason is a valuable asset in Franklin Law’s Personal Property Team where she fills the role of both Legal Executive and Personal Assistant.  Photography is also on Sasha’s skill list and her portfolio of beautiful landscape shots will attest to this.
