with 3+ YEARS’ PQE interested in Elder Law, Estate Law and Personal Client Matters

The role:
We need a motivated and committed lawyer with 3+years PQE, who is passionate about delivering top-rated personal client legal services.

The successful applicant will join Franklin Law’s Personal Client and Estates Team, working under the leadership of Kelly Jones, Partner. The role promises a variety of work including the opportunity to further develop the firm’s legal services in the area of Elder Law.

This role provides a fantastic opportunity for the right person to make an impact within a growing, progressive law firm whilst continuing to increase ones skills and experience and build a desirable career.

What we need from you 

  • 3+ years PQE
  • Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A passion for delivering effective solutions that are of value to clients
  • Ability to work with a reasonable amount of autonomy while welcoming input and support from senior personnel
  • The ability to clearly communicate in a professional and commercial manner
  • Applicants with an interest, knowledge and experience in Wills and Powers of Attorney, Asset Planning and Trusts, Relationship Property, Elder Law and Estate Administration will be viewed favourably.
