Gagan started his career at a specialist construction and commercial law firm in Auckland CBD where he worked from 2009, until he joined Franklin Law in 2013. He gained experience at a South Island law firm for a year, re-joining Franklin Law in 2016 and becoming a Partner in 2017.

Gagan specialises in construction law and residential property matters. This, when coupled with his general experience in commercial and trust law, allows Gagan to give clients advice that is more holistic and inclusive of additional issues which may need to be considered.

Leading the residential property team, Gagan enjoys working with clients; attending to the complexities that arise; and places emphasis on establishing relationships which go beyond one file or transaction.
