Kelly Jones

With more than 20 years of experience practising law, Kelly specialises in strategic asset planning, working with our private clients, their families, and small to medium-sized business owners on personal asset and business planning and property-related matters.

By establishing a thorough understanding of our client’s objectives and needs, she provides the personalised support, clear and logical advice and guidance our clients require.

Kelly works as a trusted advisor to families on inter-generational succession planning, with the transition of assets using trust and company structures, trust establishment and asset re-organisation including variations to existing trusts.

Kelly is also a director of various trustee companies for several high-net-worth discretionary family trusts.

Kelly joined Franklin Law in 2007 and became a partner in 2009. Kelly leads Franklin Law’s Personal Client Team which includes our Estates Administration Team.
