Kitty is a member of the Family Law and Relationship Property team that provides legal advice in relation to all family law matters. She has a wide range of experience relating to all family matters including care of children (day-to-day care and contact issues), separation and dissolution of marriage, contracting out agreements, domestic violence and PPPR (personal property and welfare guardian) applications.

Kitty is a legal aid provider and can assist with legal aid family law matters.

Professional Highlights

Prior to joining Franklin Law, Kitty worked for the Employers Manufacturers Association (EMA), the largest business employer organisation in New Zealand, providing employers with a range of extensive employment advice. While in this role, Kitty assisted with negotiations for E tū’s flagship employment agreement for manufacturing, the Metals and Manufacturing Multi-Employer Collective Agreement (MECA) that settled in 2019.
