Aleisha assists clients with the sale and purchase of businesses, terms of trade, buying, selling and leasing of commercial properties and reviewing building contracts. She has experience in areas of asset protection and estate planning with a particular interest in assisting her clients with the establishment and maintenance of trusts, the review and restructure of existing trust structures, wills and enduring powers of attorney.
With a comprehensive knowledge of the law and relevant legal principles her approach is practical, responsive and cost effective. She is passionate about the law, committed to helping others and providing sound legal advice and specialist knowledge to her clients.
