Miriam is a member of the Family and Relationship Property team. She joined Franklin Law in 2024 bringing with her over 20 years of experience, the last seven in the Franklin area.
Starting her legal career in general practice, Miriam gained a strong foundation to understand and navigate relationship property settlements involving complex asset structures and to provide sound advice protecting such structures at the commencement of a relationship.
Miriam’s interest in Family and Relationship Property law emerged in 2005 and she has practiced exclusively in this area since 2009.
Clients value Miriam’s pragmatic and empathetic approach in assisting them at stressful times of their lives. Miriam sees the value in negotiated settlements where this is possible and has a strong track record in this regard. However, where this is not possible, she will advocate strongly for her clients in Court.
